Daisy Chains & Thorns

Since the sad loss of my favourite, gorgeous necklace from Pastimes i've been on the look out for some necklaces to replace it. I wanted something that was short and around the neck, but had a little feature to them. I'd been eyeing up three options, one being the beautiful Dorothy Perkins alternative from my last jewellery post but i loved these two so much that when New Look where doing a buy one get one free on their jewellery, i couldn't resist.


This daisy necklace is gorgeous and perfect for Summer days and nights, it'll go with everything and will make any outfit a little bit girly and super cute. I love the idea of wearing a daisy chain so could not resist this little gem, i just think it's adorable.

You may, or may not, have noticed but although i love dresses and skirts i'm not your average girly girl. I can't bare to buy anything too girly or classic floral, i like things to be a little quirky. So, i adore the spike trend to jazz or toughen up a girly outfit. Pieces like this keep me from feeling too frilly and delicate, i just love it.
