OPI Fly | Models' Own Top Turquoise

Another option for you today, and another OPI. Lets be honest, OPI polishes rock but do we really want to pay that price tag every time we see a shade that we simply must have? Because i know that if that was me, i'd be penniless.

Fly is from the Nicki Minaj collection that was launched in early 2012. I honesty wasn't sure about the colour when it first came out, but there was something about that made me want to give it a go so i bought myself a mini to road test it. I'm not particularly a blue polish kind of gal, so when i saw that i had this Models' Own number in my collection i decided i didn't need to get the full size. These two are so similar that you don't really need both, but they are different enough that if you were desperate you could probably justify it to yourself.

Fly is more a more blue toned turquoise whereas Top Turquoise is more green toned, making Fly slightly lighter and TT slightly darker. They are very similar though, especially in finish so if you don't mind your teals slightly greener then i'd certainly go for Models' Own.
